For help with a booking, a payment or your account, email support@solsher.co.za or call 060 131 7007.

If something went wrong with a booking, the quickest way is in the app: open the booking and tap "Report a problem". Your booking details reach us straight away.

Safety and reporting

If someone asks you to pay outside the app, shares false details, or behaves in a way that makes you feel unsafe, report it in the app or email support@solsher.co.za with "Safety" in the subject line.

In an emergency, call 10111 (police) or 112 from a cell phone. Solsher is not an emergency service.
